Training Options

At Studio 22, we have offerings accessible to all fitness levels and ages - no prior experience is required.

Our aerial disciplines include silks, hammock, hoop, straps, rope, and aerial pole, each offering a distinct experience. Through guided instruction, you will learn controlled poses, transitions, drops, and sequences while suspended in the air. But beyond the artistry, aerial training builds the kind of strength that supports mobility, joint stability, coordination, and body awareness.

In addition to aerials, we offer strength training, flexibility training, contortion, and recovery, all designed to complement and support long-term range of motion. Whether your focus is skill acquisition, strength, mobility, injury prevention, or overall well-being, our programming is built to meet your body where it is.
