Forever Y

Forever brings over two decades of movement training to her aerial practice, with a foundation in ballet, contemporary, jazz, and gymnastics. Her dance training instilled discipline, musicality, and an understanding of lines and control. Seeking to develop greater upper-body strength and expand her repertoire, she discovered recreational circus training. The physical challenge and elegance of aerial dance offered a natural extension of her dance background. Today, Forever integrates the artistry of dance with the technical demands of aerial disciplines including silks, hoop, and hammock. Her teaching emphasizes fluid transitions, technique, and the development of strength that supports expressive movement.

In addition to her aerial training, she has completed yoga and aerial yoga teacher training, further deepening her understanding of mobility, breathwork, and recovery.
